WHO ARE WE?

Key Responsibilities:
Creator Acquisition &amp; Relationship Management
<ul>
<li>Identify, engage, and onboard emerging and culturally relevant creators across multiple platforms in Malaysia and the region.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow their audience and content quality.</li>
<li>Lead initiatives to enhance creator engagement, including anniversary gifting, community events, workshops, and other creator-focused programs. </li>
</ul>
Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution with creators, including concept development, content review, and approvals.</li>
<li>Negotiate rates, contracts, and campaign deliverables to ensure smooth collaboration between creators and brands.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client services, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of creator-related projects. </li>
</ul>
Performance Analysis &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and creator metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies.</li>
<li>Drive data-informed recommendations to improve campaign outcomes, creator engagement, and overall program effectiveness.</li>
<li>Maintain and update creator management systems and databases for accurate reporting and forecasting. </li>
</ul>
Leadership &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Mentor and support junior team members, guiding them in campaign management, creator engagement, and analytics.</li>
<li>Act as a point of escalation for complex creator or campaign issues, providing strategic solutions and stakeholder updates.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creator strategies with overall business goals.</li>
</ul>

• Work with emerging, culturally relevant creators across Malaysia and the region
• Own creator strategy, mentor juniors and drive measurable audience growth!
