Creator Acquisition &amp; Engagement Support

<li>Assist in identifying and reaching out to emerging, culturally relevant creators in Malaysia</li>
<li>Support the process of matching creators with campaigns and brands that align with their content and audience.</li>
<li>Support in Creator engagement projects such as anniversary gifting, creator community events, creator workshops etc.</li>
</ul>
Campaign &amp; Execution Assistance
<ul>
<li>Coordinate negotiations, rate discussions, and contract finalization to ensure smooth campaign execution.</li>
<li>Provide support in short listing creators, creator concept review and content vetting (e.g., videos and social media posts) before campaign launches.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless execution of creator-related projects.</li>
</ul>
Performance Tracking &amp; Insights
<ul>
<li>Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics (engagement, reach, performance) to evaluate campaign success.</li>
<li>Provide data-driven recommendations to improve creator partnerships and campaign effectiveness.</li>
<li>Support reporting needs by preparing insights and analysis for monthly business reports.</li>
<li>Support in upkeep of Creator management data</li>
