Office Administration Intern

We are looking for an Office Administration Intern to support our day-to-day administrative functions, office management, facility maintenance, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Facilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day office operations to maintain a clean, organized, functional, and welcoming workspace for the team.
• Monitor, restock, and maintain inventories for office supplies, pantry amenities, and stationery.
• Assist with routine facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and coordination of repairs or service checks.

Vendor Management & Logistics:

• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, courier services, building management, and service providers (e.g., cleaners, maintenance technicians).
• Support vendor coordination by sourcing quotes, tracking deliveries, and updating vendor contact records.
• Manage incoming office deliveries.

General Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to various internal teams as needed.
• Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointment setups, and meeting room logistics.
• Support the planning and execution of internal company events, team initiatives, and culture activities.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous, organized, and resourceful.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace suite of tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative media environment.
