Job Description
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business acquisition across MGAG and HCN (Hepmil Creators' Network) by identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop commercial strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Expand revenue streams through integrated solutions across content, creators, and platforms.
Client & Agency Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key agency and brand stakeholders.
- Act as a senior commercial point of contact for strategic and high-value accounts.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive repeat business.
Campaign & Project Leadership
- Lead client projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment on brand objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Work closely with Creative, Accounts, Production, and Strategy teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution while maintaining overall campaign ownership.
Proposals, Pitching & Commercial Strategy
- Lead the development of proposals, pitch decks, and commercial frameworks across the full HEPMIL product suite.
- Align creative ideas with client objectives, KPIs, and commercial outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships to maximize business value.
Market & Industry Insights
- Stay current on social, creator, and digital media trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on campaign performance and market insights.
- Prepare post-campaign reviews and advise clients on learnings and future opportunities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Mentor and guide junior Client Success team members.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and Group stakeholders.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts, and risk assessments to management.
