Hepmil Creators’ Network (HCN) is a creator agency that connects brands with over 1,000 TikTok creators across Southeast Asia — powering hyper-local, entertaining content that resonates with audiences while delivering results for brands. We’re looking for Creative Strategists and Senior Creative Strategists with sharp creative instincts and a passion for social content to help expand Hepmil’s presence and deliver impactful campaigns across platforms.&nbsp;
 Key Responsibilities 
 Creative Ideation &amp; Insights 
&nbsp;● Generate creator-first ideas that leverage TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to drive brand engagement.&nbsp;
● Translate cultural and audience insights into creative strategies that resonate with Gen Z and millennials.&nbsp;
● Support the development of campaign concepts and content plans for brand partners&nbsp;

 Campaign Strategy &amp; Execution ● Assist in crafting social-first campaign strategies involving creators and branded content.&nbsp;
● Collaborate with internal teams and creators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and platform best practices.&nbsp;
● Monitor content quality and workflow efficiency, continuously improving processes against industry standards.&nbsp;

 Client Engagement &amp; Pitching 
&nbsp;● Contribute to pitch decks and proposals, presenting ideas to clients and external partners in a clear and engaging manner.&nbsp;
● Provide consultation and training to clients on products, processes, and the evolving social landscape.&nbsp;
● Build credibility as a trusted creative partner by demonstrating deep platform and audience knowledge.&nbsp;

 Creator Collaboration 
&nbsp;● Work closely with creators to strategize, manage, and optimize exclusive content plans.&nbsp;
● Stay connected to creator communities, trends, and formats to ensure campaigns remain relevant and innovative.&nbsp;
