Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Senior Executive to manage and optimise Thomson Health Malaysia’s digital ecosystem across all platforms.
This role is responsible for ensuring clear performance visibility, structured funnel strategy, and continuous improvement in ROAS and online revenue.
You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure all digital activities are aligned, measurable, and delivering results.

To bring structure, clarity, and accountability to all digital marketing efforts, ensuring every initiative contributes to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Own weekly and monthly performance reporting across all channels (Shopify, marketplaces, paid media (Google and Meta), organic)
- Analyse traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and revenue trends
- Identify what is working, what is not, and recommend actionable improvements
- Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, Google Search Console, and platform dashboards
- Funnel Strategy & Optimisation (Top Priority)
- Develop and maintain clear strategies
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies across the funnel
- Work with agencies to align campaigns to funnel stages
- Improve conversion rates through landing page and user journey optimisation
- Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and coordinate external partners (Meta/Google Ads agency, SEO agency, creative agency, e-commerce enabler)
- Ensure agencies are accountable to KPIs, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide clear briefs and evaluate performance
- Align internal teams (designers, campaign planner, admin) with digital strategy
- E-commerce & Platform Oversight
- Monitor and optimise performance across:
- Shopify (official store)
- Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop
- Ensure product listings, campaigns, and promotions align with overall strategy
- Identify growth opportunities across platforms
- SEO & Website Health
- Monitor SEO performance using relevant tools
- Work with SEO agency to improve rankings and organic traffic
- Ensure official website content and structure support discoverability and conversion
- Ensure official website and landing pages are always updated.
- Organic Content Strategy
- Develop content direction for Meta and Tik Tok platforms based on performance data and audience insights
- Identify content themes that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion (not just reach)
- Translate business goals and search intent into clear content briefs
- Work with internal and external teams to execute content plans
- Monitor organic performance and refine strategy based on results
- Identify high-performing content and scale through paid channels where relevant
- Being a team player
- As and when required by the team, to provide support for other company related matters other than digital marketing.
