Job Description

As a Project Executive Intern, you’ll support our team in running exciting events and marketing campaigns, while also helping with important backend tasks like contest data entry and tracking performance. This role gives you hands-on exposure to both project execution and operational support, preparing you for the real-world pace of the creative industry.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in planning and coordinating events (from logistics to execution).
• Supporting the team in client servicing and project follow-ups.
• Handling data entry of contest forms, reports, and campaign tracking to ensure accuracy.
• Preparing presentations, proposals, and documents for client pitches and internal meetings.
• Researching trends, vendors, influencers, and creative ideas to support project development.
• Assisting in social media or content activations when required.
• Coordinating with suppliers, venues, and internal team members.
• Performing general administrative support related to projects.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in event management, advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to communicate and write well in English (bonus if you can proofread or draft simple content).
• Positive attitude, fast learner, and self-starter who’s not afraid to ask questions.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in data entry (must be comfortable handling spreadsheets).

• Experience from university projects, part-time jobs, or event volunteering.
• Familiarity with social media, influencers, or content creation.
• Curiosity about event production, permits, or branding activations.
