MAIN JOB TASKS &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Manager at Hexa-Communications, you will play an integral role in sustaining and enhancing client relationships, as well as contributing to business growth within your division. This role requires a focused approach in supporting client counsel, with an emphasis on meeting their marketing communication and business aims. You will be actively involved in guiding and working alongside teams to ensure the effective delivery of outstanding marketing communications programmes. Furthermore, the Manager will play a key role in supporting account growth and assisting in the acquisition of new client engagements. 
Client service
<ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality planning and execution of client projects.</li>
<li>Act as a key contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and aligning with business goals.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinating effectively between clients and internal teams.</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities within existing client portfolios and assist in new business development.</li>
<li>Participate in stakeholder analyses and keep a weekly track of client needs.</li>
<li>Support team members with innovative approaches for addressing client issues. </li>
</ul>
Operational excellence
<ul>
<li>Identify and communicate any client or project concerns to senior management as needed.</li>
<li>Demonstrate competence in account management and strategic planning.</li>
<li>Promptly address urgent client issues, either independently or with minimal senior oversight. </li>
</ul>
Flawless execution
<ul>
<li>Motivate teams to produce work that exceeds client expectations and is measurable in impact.</li>
<li>Develop creative and targeted materials for various audiences.</li>
<li>Advise on integrated marketing strategies to achieve client goals, promoting comprehensive communications marketing engagement.</li>
<li>Utilise audience insights to shape communication strategies, using all relevant channels and evaluating their effectiveness. </li>
</ul>
Talent development and team management
<ul>
<li>Guide team members in task management and skill development for client success.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of independent learning and provide necessary support.</li>
<li>Engage in personal and professional development, pursuing opportunities for growth.</li>
<li>Assist in team recruitment and hiring processes in collaboration with the Leadership Team. </li>
</ul>
Brand and business building
<ul>
<li>Gain a deep understanding of client businesses, objectives, and market contexts.</li>
<li>Maintain expertise in industry sectors, offering insights and advice to the team.</li>
<li>Support pitch processes, contributing to strategy development and delivery.</li>
<li>Work with senior management to advance the company's business goals.</li>
<li>Explore growth opportunities within accounts and maintain a strong industry network.</li>
<li>Participate in proactive new business research and identify potential collaborative ventures.</li>
<li>Contribute to the marketing and branding efforts of Hexa-Communications, enhancing our market presence and role for clients. </li>
</ul>
JOB REQUIREMENTS
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in public relations or similar fields like advertising, marketing, or media.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability in building and managing client relationships.</li>
<li>Experience with budget oversight and team service level management.</li>
<li>Innovative and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Quick and accurate decision-making abilities, providing effective client counsel.</li>
<li>Excellent team management and motivational skills.</li>
<li>Collaborative and egalitarian in approach.</li>
<li>Eager to share knowledge and experience to improve team performance.</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial spirit, eager to embrace new opportunities.</li>
<li>Ambitious and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li>
