We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive who thrives on the challenge of working with high-profile clients in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. This role provides operational and strategic support to executives, managers, and directors, ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 

MAIN JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Marketing Operations Management: Support day-to-day operational tasks for client accounts, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery of reports.
  • Content Management: Manage content calendars and monitor campaign performance to optimize engagement and results. 
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, client performance, and industry trends to generate actionable insights.
  • Administrative & Logistical Support: Handle operational tasks such as scheduling, updating client & media databases, and managing timelines. Coordinate team members travel arrangements and provide on-ground support for events or client activations when needed.
  • Workplace Environment & Supplies: Oversee the office environment, ensuring it remains organized, functional, and conducive to productivity. Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, ensuring availability and cost efficiency. Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain a well-equipped and operational workplace. 

Job Requirements

Professional Qualifications

  • A passion for business management, marketing communications, or related fields such as public relations and social media.
  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or mass communication is preferred but not mandatory.
