Job Requirements
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that deliver value to them. These roles require strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build trust with both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new customers through outbound calls and business outreach
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure successful deals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and delivery
- Track performance metrics and ensure sales targets are met
- Stay updated on market trends and customer insights to improve sales strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree holder with 2–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, persuasive, and result-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable with outbound communication and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters, and formulas) is an advantage
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage but not necessary
