Job Description

- Assist in monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels across warehouse and retail outlets

- Perform daily stock movement recording, including stock receiving, transfers, returns and adjustments

- Ensure all stock records are updated accurately and in a timely manner in the system

- Maintain proper filing and documentation of stock-related records

- Assist with stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records

- Support the Stock Control/Inventory team in daily administrative and operational tasks

- Perform any other duties related to inventory and stock control as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse administration, or related fields is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock movement processes
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when handling stock records and documentation
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and inventory/stock management systems
• Able to perform data entry and maintain proper documentation in an organised manner
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with warehouse and retail outlet teams
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, organised, and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to perform other inventory and stock control duties as assigned by the supervisor
