• Job Summary:
  The ERP Manager is a senior delivery leader tasked with overseeing the successful end-to-end implementation of ERP solutions across various industries. This role demands a robust combination of functional expertise, technical leadership, and project governance, while also acting as the main delivery liaison for clients. This position holds complete responsibility for project results, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  
  The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of managing ERP implementations, including systems like Epicor, NetSuite, Infor, SAP, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable platforms, and will significantly contribute to business growth by identifying and engaging with clients.
  
  Responsibilities: Lead comprehensive ERP project lifecycles for Oracle NetSuite, from initial scoping through to post-go-live support.
• Convert client needs into functional and technical solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices.
• Supervise ERP design, configuration, customization (SuiteScripts, workflows, APIs), and data migration processes.
• Monitor project KPIs, including scope, budget, quality, and timely delivery.
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the main delivery contact for clients, interacting directly with C-level executives and department leaders.
• Manage expectations, address escalations, and guarantee exceptional delivery.
• Establish long-term client trust to foster repeat business.
• Team Management & Coordination
  Oversee consultants (functional, technical, and support) to ensure aligned project delivery.
  Provide coaching, uphold standards, and cultivate a culture of accountability.
  Manage consultants’ workloads, utilization, and delivery performance.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

•  Desired Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  
• 3+ years in ERP consulting/delivery roles, with at least 2 years in project leadership is a MUST.
• Have achieved and led at least 3 project cycle of successful ERP implementation.
• Strong track record delivering ERP implementation projects (NetSuite preferred).
• Hands-on experience in both functional processes and technical 
• Excellent project governance, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and influence skills, including with C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor consultants and coordinate delivery team is a MUST
• Speaks ,reads and write fluently in English.
• Ability to speak in mandarin is an advantage.
