Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Solution Consultant to join our team. This role involves in pre-sales activities. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, design tailored ERP solutions, and support our sales team by preparing and delivering product demonstrations, proposals, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with clients and document business processes.
• Map client requirements to Oracle Netsuite functionalities and identify gaps.
• Follow up on prospects unitl closure
• Conduct tailored product demos showcasing ERP value.
• Prepare solution proposals, functional designs, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and assist in building winning proposals.
• Act as a subject matter expert during client meetings and presentations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience with ERP system.
• A degree in Business, Accounting, or Information System/ Technology/ Computer Science discipline.
• Strong understanding of core modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Projects.
• Proven experience in both implementation and pre-sales activities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong track record delivering ERP implementation projects 
• Hands-on experience in both functional processes and technical 
• Excellent problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and influence skills, including with C-level stakeholders.
• Speaks ,reads and write fluently in English.
• Ability to speak in mandarin is an advantage.
