Job Description
- Lead the project delivery, liaise with client and juniors to ensure project implemented with quality and within the timeline
- Actively engage with and assist our cloud solution teams in delivering various elements of client projects, including:
- Showcase the cloud solution to prospective clients.
- Collect and document business requirements, converting them into specific system functionalities.
- Set up and tailor client environments to create proof of concepts and demonstrate solutions to client executives and key stakeholders.
- Engage in data migration activities.
- Estimate, develop, and implement the project plan.
- Develop solutions and translate them into configuration requirements to facilitate a business process session.
- Evaluate and create innovative solutions for complex business workflows on behalf of clients.
- Design, create, and test enhancements in accordance with the client's business process requirements.
- Implement new feature launches and functionalities to support the client's business growth.
- Generate client reports and/or saved searches.
- Conduct training and configuration sessions for clients.
- Deliver product support by researching and clarifying information in a manner that is easily understandable for clients.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Information Technology / Computer Science
- Speak and write in English fluently.
- Able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Required skill(s): Presentation, Communication
- Knowledge in Oracle NetSuite is MANDATORY.
- Self motivated and independent to work with minimum supervision.
- Minimum 2 YEARS of working experience in ORACLE NETSUITE.
