Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
a. Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for integration activities between all departments (marketing, creatives & operations), ensuring succinct communication, unified efforts, and clarity around objectives.
b. Develop strategies to increase sales, reduce costs and drive conversion rate of acquired products including: price optimisation, PPC, packaging/inserts, coupons and deals, customer communications, creative, changing package dimensions, subscribe and save, removing unprofitable products and more.
c. Proactively catch issues before they are problems and understand everything about the ecosystem in which your products are selling (e.g., competitor landscape, industry landscape etc).
d. Coordinate with our Customer Happiness Manager and overseas customer service team to ensure we are providing a world class customer experience for your product portfolio.
e. Track deadlines, dependencies, decisions, and action items to ensure continuous progress in the acquisition and migration processes.
