● At least 2-3 years working experience, preferably from start-up culture, building hardware and construction material trading industries. 
● Able to work under pressure/tight timeframes.
● Excellent problem-solving skills. 
● Able to work independently as it’s a pioneering role. 
●Able to come up with SOPs, break into the market place and build the company with the co-founders together.
