• To measure ROI&KPIs for each campaigns + Lead & motivate team members and sales + provide reports. 
• Ability to plan, design and execute advertisement that reach out to the target audience and grow customer engagement.
• Ability to oversee the social media presence and interior sales design, such as Facebook, official website etc. 
• Experiencing in identifying target audiences and understand the buyers’ motive in order to drive optimize performance.
• Ensure on-going monitoring of the advertisement performance to maximize ROI.
• Keep abreast with global trend, technologies and digital marketing strategies
• Proficient with SEO and SEM and able to execute effective plan promptly and effectively.
• Ability to optimize contents using best SEO/SEM practice and perform onsite/offsite.
• Able to drive traffic to company page and social media platforms effectively.

Job Requirements

• A digital savvy with IT background and equipped with necessary IT knowledges. 
• At least 3 to 4 years’ experience as a digital marketing manager.
• Good command in English, Malay, Mandarin in both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess reliable leadership skills, organizational abilities and able to work under stress
