Job Description
Company : Training Provider
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm (require to work on weekend/extra time if there's classes-with allowance)
• Install and uninstall OS, applications, courseware, etc. in computer labs
• Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, and system security of Microsoft Windows environment, adhering to industry standard systems administration techniques and procedures
• Co-ordination of external suppliers and service providers
• Desktop support; Set up and maintain user accounts
• Install and maintain all ICT equipment, hardware and software
• Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance, inventory, and security measures associated with ICT hardware, software, and networks.
• Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to General Manager
• Required to work beyond normal office hours and on weekends
• Must have a strong customer service orientation
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Windows Servers, TCP/IP networking, Microsoft 365, Linux knowledge (a bit)
• Preferred skill(s): In-house IT support.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-2 years relevant working experience will be added advantage.
