Job Description
- Looking for a people-oriented person as our Supply Development Associate also known as “Community Supply Associate” to be part of our Community Supply function in Malaysia first, and ASEAN long term.
- The central goal of the Community Supply function is four folds:
1) To build a strong acquisition engine
2) To drive activation through matching dynamics and optimization quality
3) To build a safe and trusted environment to earn sustainably
4) To build a strong sense of community

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a communications and/or business-related field, communications, business, economics, engineering, or management are preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working with data
- Comfortable working with technologies, online systems, softwares
- Able to work under pressure
- Fast to pick up new technology
- Able to create and propose process improvements
