Job Description
- Work closely with the CEO's office to explore and target new industries, while sharing market feedback to help improve our outreach strategies.
- Connect with employers over the phone to introduce Hiredly and invite them to try our platform with a free job posting trial.
- Support the sales team by following up with interested companies and keeping track of key details like conversation notes, employer interest, and next steps.
- Assist in special projects under the CEO's office , gaining hands-on experience in cross-functional initiatives and strategic execution.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Comfortable with making phone calls and speaking confidently with new people.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to keep track of multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- A team player who is eager to learn, takes initiative and is excited to work directly with the CEO's office.
