Key Responsibilities 1. Call &amp; Email Support

<li>Handle inbound calls from clients and jobseekers regarding job postings, account issues, and platform navigation.</li>
<li>Respond to emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to clients using our platform. 2. Client Renewal Management </li>
<li>&nbsp;Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth transactions.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist clients with plan upgrades, renewals, and payment-related inquiries.</li>
