Job Description

The Business Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of projects and operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Sales Support: Assist in managing daily sales operations, including tracking sales activities, updating records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth processes.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain and update internal process documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency in workflow.
  • Meeting Notes: Attend internal and external meetings, take detailed notes, and document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Presentation & Document Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations, update internal documents, and create decks for meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Participate in sales strategy discussions, document implementation plans, and track progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, report generation, and coordination with various departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take accurate notes and document processes effectively.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
