Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Jobseekers: Conduct interviews with jobseekers to encourage them to update their resumes, ensuring better recruitment opportunities and outcomes.
  • Customer Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from jobseekers about our products and services, helping to shape future improvements for better convenience and user satisfaction.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and improving the operational efficiency of the Customer Experience team.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Data Management: Keep detailed records of inquiries, feedback, and actions taken, ensuring all information is organized and up-to-date.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified approach to customer care.
