Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven experienced Email Marketer to plan, implement, and manage all of our email marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time opportunity, suitable for anyone with more than 1 year of experience in Email Marketing. You will play a pivotal role in setting up, implementing and managing the overall email marketing strategy here at Hiredly with our business goals and objectives in mind.

The marketing team’s goal is to generate awareness and traffic to the brand. We’re an experimental team that’s big on being early adopters of innovative new techniques, whilst still honing and testing our skills with traditional marketing tools.
Your Role
- Work with the wider Marketing team to plan, execute, and manage campaigns through the use of email marketing campaigns in a strategic, data-driven manner including newsletters, promotions, etc.
- Email campaign strategy, set-up, performance monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- Willingness to keep up to date and explore new email marketing practices/email content to increase brand awareness and drive conversions to our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the CXM, Tech and Operations to ensure seamless user experience and email campaigns run smoothly
- Assist the CXM team in the implementation, maintenance and optimisation of effective user journeys for all users on our platform using CRM and marketing automation tools
- Promote the brand, drive customer and jobseeker engagement, and sales through email communication.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant email marketing experience specifically in email setup. Basic proficiency in HTML and copywriting is a plus.
- Good understanding of email campaign planning and execution including proficiency in building customer segments
- Demonstrate good writing skills, communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional language skills will be heavily considered)
- Have experience working with EDM tools (Mailchip, Mandrill, etc) and CRM tools such as CleverTap, Salesforce, etc.
- Ability to perform data analysis and generate meaningful reports. Knowledge in Google Analytics is a plus.
