Job Description

We are looking for a highly ambitious Full Stack Developer who operates as a true "driver" to take end-to-end ownership of our core job platform. You are not just here to write code and close tickets; you are here to build robust backend systems and create seamless frontend experiences that directly impact both our employers and job seekers. In this role, you will have the room to act and the responsibility to deliver. Core Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Platform Development

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable code across both the frontend interface and the backend server architecture.
• Take full ownership of new feature rollouts for both the employer portal and the job seeker interface, moving quickly from concept to deployment.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and database structures, ensuring high performance.

2. Technical "Driver" & Problem Solving

• Act as a proactive driver of our technology stack. Identify system bottlenecks, propose architectural improvements, and execute them without waiting for instructions.
• Challenge technical ideas early in the planning phase, and commit fully to building the solution once decisions are made.

3. User Escalation & Support (Employers & Job Seekers)

• Act as the highly technical escalation point for complex issues facing our employers and job seekers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues quickly. Translate recurring user complaints into actionable product improvements to enhance the overall platform experience.

4. System Optimization & Database Management

• Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and ensure the overall health and security of the application.
• Manage databases and ensure seamless data flow, API integrations, and uptime for all users.

Job Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience working as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong capability to handle both frontend frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, NextJS) and backend languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby/Rails) to build complete features independently.
