Solving problems, one ticket at a time. You are the face of IT for the user. You have patience, empathy, and technical skill. You want a role that provides a clear path from L1 support to L2/L3 engineering or system administration.

What you can earn
IT Support / Helpdesk: RM3,000 – RM5,000- L2 Support / Senior: RM5,500 – RM7,500
- Team Lead: RM8,000 – RM9,000+
