Come help us to achieve the goal of becoming SEA's most personalised job portal! As a Data Science Intern, you will work closely with our team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning solutions that enhance our recruitment processes.

The things that you will be learning throughout your internship period include:

• Learning and participating in various stages of data science projects, including data collection, data cleaning, building data models, and potentially developing machine learning models.
• Handling ad-hoc requests such as building dashboards, reports, answering business questions, and creating web scraping pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with or knowledge of event analytics, Google Analytics or Snowflake Documenting work processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficient programming skills in SQL and Python.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets, and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity in NLP, machine learning, or related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in machine learning libraries/frameworks such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is a plus.
