Job Description
- Explore new industries with the Sales team and share feedback to help improve how we reach out to clients.
- Engage potential employers via phone and email to introduce Hiredly and drive sign-ups through free trial offers.
- Support sales efforts by managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate logs from every conversation.
- Assist with special projects across different departments to help the company grow and improve daily operations.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Comfortable with making at least 50 phone calls daily and speaking confidently with new people.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to keep track of multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- A proactive team player who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and thrives under the guidance of experienced leadership.
