We are on a mission to become Asia’s most loved job search platform by helping people discover the right job, with the right employer, at the right time.
As a Data &amp; AI Intern, you will work closely with our data science, engineering, and product teams to support data analysis, machine learning, and applied AI initiatives across the platform. This internship provides hands-on exposure to Python- and SQL-driven analytics, real product data, and practical use of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) in a production environment.
You will learn how data pipelines, metrics, and experimentation support features such as job matching, recommendations, and search relevance, while developing strong fundamentals in data-driven problem solving. What You Will Learn and Do Data Analysis &amp; Foundations
<ul>
<li>Perform data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python, SQL, pandas, and NumPy. </li>
<li>Work with structured and semi-structured datasets to generate insights that support product and business decisions. </li>
<li>Assist with event analytics, dashboards, and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics and cloud data platforms like Snowflake. </li>
</ul>
<h3>Applied Machine Learning &amp; AI</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support the development and evaluation of machine learning models used in recommendation systems, matching algorithms, or search relevance. </li>
<li>Apply NLP and text analysis techniques to resumes, job descriptions, and user behaviour data. </li>
<li>Gain exposure to LLM-powered workflows, including embeddings, semantic search, and prompt-based solutions, through API-driven tools. </li>
