About the Role

We are launching a new project to grow Hiredly’s platform and to help jobseekers grow and transition easier into the working world.. To make this happen, we need an intern who thrive on research, outreach, and relationship building. You will be driving employer acquisition through a new project for retail, F&B, and hospitality companies the very roles that are the career starting point for many young jobseekers.

This is not a back-office internship. You will own the employer pipeline: from finding the right contact, to building trust, to onboarding companies onto Hiredly. Sometimes this means desk research and phone calls; sometimes it means walking into malls and pitching directly to business owners.


Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Research to open doors. You’ll identify the right HR or decision-maker, what they’re hiring for, and why Hiredly fits—starting with companies in Retail, F&B, Hospitality, and Internship tracks.
  • Call to build trust. You’ll pick up the phone, run confident first conversations, and secure postings on Hiredly, so that employers experience fast value.
  • Own onboarding. You’ll be the single point of ownership to help new employers post their first role and succeed on our platform.
  • Go on-ground. You’ll visit malls and speak to tenants face-to-face, turning warm leads into live postings the same day. Antithesis: polite persistence, not pushiness
  • Report and improve. You’ll track daily activity, learn from what converts, and share insights with the meetings each week.
