Key Responsibilities:

• Influence the Recruitment Process: Process applicants, screen resumes, source candidates, and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Basic Pre-Screening: Conduct initial pre-screening of candidates via phone calls to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Resume Formatting: Format candidates' resumes for proposals and ongoing project hiring.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the headhunting team.

Job Requirements

• Education: Students in their last semester or recent graduates from various disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Experience: Any related work experience is a plus.
• Passion: A strong interest in recruitment and headhunting, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Communication: Comfortable engaging in conversations with clients virtually and over the phone.
• Team Player: Ability to actively participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions.
