We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Hiredly. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes while contributing to key hiring and employer branding initiatives.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Work closely with various departments to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.</li>
<li>Source candidates through databases and job advertisements, and review resumes to assess their suitability.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and help ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.</li>
<li>Support the development and maintenance of a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.</li>
<li>Participate in university engagement initiatives and career fairs to support employer branding efforts. Experience in recruitment through university events or a previous internship will be an added advantage!</li>
