Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at Hiredly. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes while contributing to key hiring and employer branding initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various departments to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through databases and job advertisements, and review resumes to assess their suitability.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and help ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Support the development and maintenance of a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Participate in university engagement initiatives and career fairs to support employer branding efforts.
  
  Experience in recruitment through university events or a previous internship will be an added advantage!

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment.
• Comfortable conducting phone screenings and interacting with candidates.
• Experience in recruitment through university events or a previous internship will be an added advantage.
