Job Description

This internship is part of a live project to help retail, F&B, and service industry employers post jobs for free on Hiredly, so that more young Malaysians can discover and apply for roles that are often offline or hard to find, or jobseekers do not have a good platform to find this jobs through.

Your job is to find the right employers, identify who to speak to, and help our team reach them faster, whether that’s through online research or by calling directly when contact info isn’t listed.

You’ll help our outreach squad focus on the right leads, and you’ll learn how to uncover real-world business data that isn’t always online.

Job Requirements

What you'll be doing

• Research Retail, F&B, and service industry companies that are actively hiring or expanding.
  
  
• Identify decision-makers or hiring contacts through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and more.
  
  
• If contacts aren’t available online, you’ll call or message the outlet to get the name and number (automated workflow provided).
  
  
• Clean and prepare outreach lists in Google Sheets and using CRM tools.
  
  
• Join weekly review sessions with the team, share what you’ve found, ask questions, and help us improve how we target.
