Job Description

1.Holistic Talent Acquisition & Analytics

  • Volume Recruitment: Drive high-volume screening and interviewing to meet Hiredly’s core hiring targets, acting as the primary face of the company for candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure every applicant walks away with a stellar first impression of Hiredly by making the interview process fast, transparent, and engaging.
  • TA Data Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment data (e.g., source of hire, interview conversion rates) to continuously improve how and where we find the best candidates.

2. Performance & Retention Metrics

  • Performance Tabulation: Partner closely with the management team and HR Operations to run performance review cycles and tabulate scoring data to identify high performers.
  • Turnover Analysis: Track, calculate, and analyze employee exit data, specifically classifying and reporting on "Regrettable vs. Non-Regrettable" leavers to help leadership understand retention trends.

3. Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • The First 90 Days: Own the end-to-end onboarding journey. Greet new hires, set up their essentials, and actively guide them through their critical first weeks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously audit and upgrade the onboarding workflow to eliminate bottlenecks and maximize new hire satisfaction.

4. Culture, Events & External Community

  • Internal Culture: Plan and execute internal company events (town halls, celebrations, team building) and act as the pulse of the office to keep morale high.
  • University & Community Representation: Represent Hiredly at external community events and university career fairs, taking on speaking engagements and networking to attract young talent.

5. HR Operations & Ad-Hoc Support

  • Employee Relations: Act as a flexible, empathetic problem-solver for operational HR issues, helping to navigate and de-escalate difficult situations or team conflicts.
  • Generalist Flexibility: Jump into various ad-hoc HR, operational, or administrative tasks as required by leadership to support a fast-moving, lean company environment.

Job Requirements

  • Experience & Education: Open to fresh graduates from any discipline. We care more that you are sharp, highly adaptable, and street-smart than what your specific degree is in.
  • High Energy & Charisma: You naturally thrive when meeting and interacting with people. Your energy is contagious, making you a natural brand ambassador for candidates, new hires, and university partners.
  • Data & Analytical Skills: You are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and processing data. You can look at performance scores or turnover data, run the basic analysis, and pull out the required numbers accurately.
  • Independent Ownership: You do not wait for step-by-step instructions. You are an independent thinker who thrives in an environment where freedom comes with the expectation that you will take full responsibility for the results.
