Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in daily operations, support the sales team, and contribute to special projects. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Lead Assignment for Sales Team: Assign incoming leads to appropriate sales team members based on predefined criteria.
  • Resume Formatting: Assist recruiters by formatting candidate resumes to ensure consistency and professionalism.

Project Work:

  • Participate in data cleaning projects to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our sales and customer databases.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes to ensure accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
  • Help prepare presentations, update documents, and create decks for various internal and external meetings.
  • Participate in sales strategy discussions and takes detailed notes of the flow and implementation plan
  • BPM: Prepare business process flow (if any) 
  • Participate in system integration discussions with operation manager (if any) for note taking

Job Requirements

  • Google Docs: Proficiency in Google Docs for document creation and collaboration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
