As a Sales Consultant at Hiredly, you’ll sell Hiredly.com as the go-to hiring platform to solve employers’ recruitment needs.

This is a high volume, outbound sales role as you work alongside high performing colleagues growing towards becoming a world class sales team.

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales record with prior sales experience (1-5 years of sales experience) or a fresh graduate eager to start a career in sales
  • Highly driven individuals who want to win and be part of a growing, ambitious team
  • Ready and motivated to handle high-volume outbound calls and cold outreach
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Believes in and understands the value and vision of our product, Hiredly.com as a hiring solution

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with potential companies through outbound sales
  • Generate leads through high-volume outbound calls and cold calling
  • Help employers understand what makes Hiredly.com stand out as a hiring platform
  • Drive sales growth by generating and qualifying B2B leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Understand client needs and strategically propose tailored solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth
  • Deliver exceptional service by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth client experience

You'll receive a Basic Salary + Monthly Commission
