Key Responsibilities:

  • 🔥 Drive Business Development: Actively prospect, generate leads, and pitch to potential partners to secure new business in domestic and international markets.

  • 📦 Manage Import/Export Operations: Oversee the commercial success of your accounts by collaborating with internal teams on order management, stock planning, customs compliance, and shipping logistics.

  • 🤝 Client Account Management: Manage, nurture, and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients to build long-term trading partnerships.

  • 📈 Market Strategy: Conduct industry and market research to identify upcoming trends, new product segments, and opportunities for revenue growth.

  • ✈️ Global Networking: Represent the company in meetings, coordinate sales activities, and liaise between domestic and international customers and suppliers.



Job Requirements

Requirements:
💼 EXPERIENCE: You must possess 1 to 2 years of proven experience specifically in Business Development OR Import-Export roles. (If you have a BD background, you must be willing to learn the logistics side. If you have an Import-Export background, you must be eager to learn B2B sales!)

    • 🎓 Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field (A technical background is an added advantage!).

    • 🗣️ Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. The ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin/Chinese Dialects, or Japanese is a strong advantage for international client relations.

    • 🚀 Mindset: Ambitious, highly proactive in networking, and keen to balance aggressive new business creation with detail-oriented trade operations.

    • 🧠 Traits: High sense of responsibility, strong problem-solving skills, and a positive learning attitude.

    • 💻 Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • 🌎 Mobility: Willing to travel domestically and internationally from time to time to meet clients and oversee projects.
