Job Description
Responsible to drive product expansion, optimize vendor negotiations and enhance store promotions. This role involves sourcing and developing new products, and collaborating with internal teams to maximise sales performance and achieve department KPIs.
Source, plan and develop new products to assist in expansion and organic growth. 2. Involve in negotiation with vendors to get the best deal based on price, quality, distribution cost, and other factors. 3. Involve in promotion and in store promotion activities to drive the store sales. 4. Study competitor, market /competitor visit to understanding merchandise assortment availability, promotion activity and market prices. 5. Work closely with other departments to achieve department KPI
