Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to oversee
both talent acquisition and employee relations, including disciplinary matters. This role
involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring employee conduct is
handled in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and hiring
● Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and staffing needs
● Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding activities
2. Employee Relations & Discipline
● Handle employee disciplinary matters, including misconduct, absenteeism, and
performance issues
● Draft and issue HR documentation such as warning letters and show cause
letters
● Ensure all actions comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other relevant
Malaysian labour laws
● Maintain accurate documentation and records for all cases
3. General HR Functions
● Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
● Maintain employee records and HR systems
● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
