Job Description

Conduct range reviews to assess product assortment effectiveness and identify opportunities. 2. Perform budget reviews to monitor performance against financial targets. 3. Execute sales analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend improvements. 4. Track and interpret trending data to support forecasting and business planning. 5. Analyze fulfilment and distribution performance to ensure operational efficiency. 6. Deliver detailed analysis by category and department to guide decision-making. 7. Conduct aging stock analysis to identify risks and propose clearance strategies. 8. Perform open-to-buy analysis for effective inventory and purchasing control. 9. Review buying income analysis to measure supplier contributions and profitability. 10. Carry out promotion and seasonal analysis to evaluate campaign performance. 

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Data Analytics, Business, Finance or any related field.   Relevant Experience & Years of Service  • Experience in sales, inventory, and financial analysis within a retail or distribution environment. • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply  Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies • Mandarin is an added advantage • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights. • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
