What You'll Do
SEO & Technical Support - Manage keyword research, technical SEO checks, and on-
page/off-page implementation; support SEO audits, configuration issues, and technical
troubleshooting
Website & CMS Management - Manage and maintain WordPress CMS websites,
including updates, bug fixes, plugin issues, security patches, performance optimisation,
and ongoing maintenance
Web Development & Customisation - Develop custom, responsive WordPress
websites; handle frontend and backend development; build, customise, and enhance
themes and plugins with cross-browser compatibility and MySQL database support
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with internal teams and
stakeholders to resolve complex issues, provide technical recommendations, and
support continuous service improvement
Customer Support & Growth Opportunities - Engage customers via phone,
WhatsApp, and other channels to provide technical support
Quality Control & Knowledge Sharing - Perform quality checks, schedule updates
upon task completion, provide programming assistance, contribute technical
knowledge across teams, and handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
