Job Description

• Teach A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics in accordance with the Cambridge (or equivalent) curriculum.
   
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
   
• Develop students’ critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills through creative teaching methods.
   
• Prepare students for internal assessments, external examinations, and university-level readiness.
   
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress while providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
   
• Contribute to the development of the Mathematics curriculum, resources, and enrichment programs.
   
• Participate in school-wide activities, professional development, and departmental meetings.
   
• Support and mentor students beyond the classroom through academic clubs, competitions, or additional learning support where required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
   
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) preferred.
   
• Proven experience teaching A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics in an international or similar school setting.
   
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) or other equivalent curricula.
   
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
   
• Ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
   
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and contribution to the wider school community.
