Job Description

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and marketing needs.
• Manage projects and marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, design and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare proposals, campaign timelines, presentations and reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and provide strategic recommendations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management or Account Servicing within a creative, digital or advertising agency.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling FMCG, retail or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Senior Account Executives looking to progress into an Account Manager role are encouraged to apply.
