<li>Reconcile supplier statements and ensure accuracy of AP and payments.</li>

<li>Process expense claims, ensure accuracy and departmental allocation.</li>
<li>Compile monthly expense reports and compare with budgets to flag discrepancies.</li>
<li>Reconcile cash and bank account balances monthly.</li>
<li>Organize and archive vouchers.</li>
<li>Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis reports.</li>
<li>Handle accounts receivable: invoice processing, aging analysis, and reconciliation.</li>
<li>Track goods delivered and aging prepayments, support AR audits.</li>
<li>Prepare impairment provisions and write-off documents.</li>
<li>Manage monthly/quarterly tax filings and reconcile tax ledgers with returns.</li>
<li>Coordinate tax registration for commissions and maintain tax records.</li>
<li>Liaise with tax authorities and provide documentation for tax audits.</li>
