Job Description

• Handle full set accounting & financial reporting,
• Handle e-invoicing, intercompany reconciliation, accurate posting entries, and fixed assets register.
• Ensuring proper maintenance of account transactions in compliance to statutory and requirements.
• Handle audit & tax coordination and liaison with company Secretary, auditor, tax department and other government departments.
• Cash flow, payment management, and banking matters, management reporting.
• Handle tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or professional accounting qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese and English is necessary for effective communication and documentation.
• Able to work independently, mature with self initiative and motivation in a fast-paced environment Supportive working environment.
• Good problem solving and able to work perform well under pressure.
