Responsibilities:

1. Sales Oriented:

• Drive sales achievements and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
• Build strong rapport with clients by providing professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customer.
• Personally drive sales through consultations, product/service recommendations, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our aesthetic services and products.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

2. Client Management:

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of client information and sales activities.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for clients to experience VIP service.

3. Commission Driven:

• Understand commission-based sales and actively set and achieve personal goals, as well as assist the team in achieving their goals.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the aesthetic, beauty, cosmetic or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. 
• A results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets. 
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays as needed.
