Job Description

- Assisting doctors in performing procedures & to communicate effectively with patients.

- Manage patient's clinic appointment, according to doctor's schedule and convenience of patient

- Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations

- Conduct facial on customers (optional)

- Follow up with customers, encourage customers for frequent treatments to ensure better result

- Provide professional recommendation on treatment packages and products to customer

- Update and maintain treatment records

- Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objective

Job Requirements

- Open to a variety of candidates of all races, languages and genders  

- A background in the aesthetic or wellness industry would be preferred
