Job Description

Our client is currently looking for an AI Engineer to join their innovative team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance their business operations, including ERP and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• AI Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems.
• Data Processing & Management: Work with large datasets, perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Enterprise System Integration: Implement AI-driven automation and analytics within ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Computer Vision Solutions: Develop and deploy computer vision models for applications such as image recognition, defect detection, and automated inspections.
• Algorithm Optimization: Research and develop innovative algorithms for improving business efficiency and decision-making.
• Cloud & Edge Deployment: Deploy AI models on cloud platforms and edge devices for scalable performance.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions effectively.
• AI Ethics & Security: Ensure AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and security best practices.
• Documentation & Research: Maintain comprehensive documentation on AI models, experiments, and findings to drive continuous improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems like ERP.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Knowledge of AI-powered automation (RPA, intelligent agents, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance.
