The Role
We are currently hiring someone to help us maintain, extend, and replicate Timah OS. You will work directly with the founders and, over time, with our in-house CEOs and the companies we acquire. You will be the person who keeps the system healthy, ships improvements, and adapts the system for each new portfolio company.

You do not need a traditional software engineering background. You do need to be genuinely comfortable building and debugging systems with AI coding tools, and you need to be the kind of person who can work through a hard problem on your own without waiting to be told what to do.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and improve the internal OS: fix bugs, optimise workflows, and enhance usability.
• Replicate and customise the OS for portfolio companies as new businesses are acquired.
• Configure AI agents, prompts, and workflows to match each company’s operations.
• Work closely with founders and business leaders to understand operational needs and build solutions accordingly.
• Organise the underlying structure, including prompts, workflows, knowledge bases, and company-specific data separation.
• Test and adopt new AI tools and coding assistants where they add real value.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Working familiarity with Claude Code or comparable AI coding assistants and AI agent workflows.
• Comfort using AI tools to build, debug, and improve internal systems end to end.
• Basic grasp of automation, APIs, and lightweight software development concepts.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to teach yourself what you do not yet know.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to communicate clearly during working hours.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in AI tooling, automation, software support, or a related technical role.
• Strong fresh graduates with serious AI project portfolios will also be considered.

Useful but not required:

• Hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Exposure to internal tooling, operations, or small-team environments.
• Basic scripting or development experience in any language.
• Experience building AI workflows or multi-agent systems.
